Store credit for returns on items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Please pack and ship your return items with all tags attached within 14 days from the day the items are delivered to you.
If you received the wrong product or it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 7 days after delivery. We will make sure that the situation is resolved for you.
Every effort has been made to reflect product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to factors such as differences in monitors and screen settings, we are unable to guarantee that the color you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true color of the product ordered.
